Pennsylvania PUC - PA based business

The Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission requires a Certificate of Public Convenience for motor carriers transporting property or passengers between points within the state of Pennsylvania.

After the application is approved, the Public Utilities Commission will request proof of insurance before they will permit you to operate. These must be submitted from your insurance carrier.

Please note, that the State requires several weeks to approve a new business entity.
