FMCSA Drug Clearinghouse enrolled in DCS Drug Testing Consortium - Required if enrolled in Drug Testing Consortium

FMCSA requires all new drivers subject to drug and alcohol testing to be queried in the Clearinghouse, by the employer, prior to employing as a CDL drver. Employers are also required to query the Clearinghouse for are such drivers annually. Employer must fund queries.

Clearinghouse enrollment can be difficult and frustrating.
